Well, if you really watch the video and look at it really super close. That lady was in the wrong all the way and ought to be. Held responsible to pay a fine and doctor bills. Because clearly there was room for her to get past that ladder. Because the rope that was holding, it was way higher than she was sitting in her chair. So that would have left her plenty of room to get by that ladder But I bet nobody really, especially the legal system. Otherwise, she would be paying them. Doctor bills and a fine.I mean, let's face it.She just caused somebody that can't walk and has to be in a wheelchair now indefinitely
