RofahRobyn :
Jamie Sheridan scared the crap or if new for years, including when he played his guys. he was a perfect Flagg.

And that is why the 2020 was so disappointing if they just let skarsgard go full flagg it would have been glorious

They got a Skarsgaard and they didn’t even let him be weird and scary 😔

They just got Flagg wrong as a character. He's meant to be the law and order guy not a guy that lets everyone do drugs and sex parties. He attracts people to him who want a return to the old ways like his chief of security. Not necessarily bad people, just people who don't want change.

I remember pieces of The Stand miniseries when I was little (when my mo was watching it), and Jamie Sheridan scared the hell out of me. It still held up for me when I finally watched the whole thing on Sci-fi. Hell, he still holds up only recent rewatch. He’s awesome!

I said this already, but again if Mike Flanagan ever makes The Dark Tower into a series, and I really hope he does, I really want Skaarsgard back as this character. To me he’s perfect for it. Plus it would really work with the way The Stand world shows up in The Dark Tower in Eizard and Glasss, and they meet Flagg while he’s just on Hansas destroying a whole world for fun.

I feel like Alexander has been doing an absolute victory lap of Weird since wrapping this project.

Skarsgaard is SO charismatic and SO ready to be a freak. He has the potential to be an amazing Flagg, but they kept him muzzled 😭😭😭

I was TERRIFIED of Flagg in the original series when I was a kid. The mullet was part of it.

For years I did not trust Jamie Sheridan in anything. Even if it was a period drama, I was sure he was still going to demon out at any moment.

Imagine having the prettiest Skarsgård, an objectively funny man capable of being incredibly intimidating, and somehow wasting what should have been astoundingly lucky casting 🙈
