“What’s the difference?” Punchy refined utilizes more of something called “slow in and slow out” (also called “ease in and ease out”). This means that at the start and end of an action, there are more frames. More frames means the movement is slower in that area. Then, in the middle of an action, there are less frames so it looks faster. Additionally, each silhouette of the action looks more clear (especially the drinking animation where we see the entire bottle the whole time and the bow animation where we can see the gaps in the middle.) Though, there is some things that Move Those Hands does better, sometimes it does have more clear silhouettes or having a wobble for the bow animation. Anyway neither of them are better than each other cause it all boils down to preference.
