Same thing just happened in Cincinnati Ohio, 7yo dies on the school bus and the aide or bus driver waited 15 minutes outside the home before they told the parents and they didn’t call 911. Prayers 🙏🏾🙏🏾🙏🏾

3 years is INSANE this one hurts a lot, I have a little sister thats special needs non verbal & in a wheelchair ppl shouldn’t take these jobs to watch over such children if their heart isn’t in it 💔💔. Rip beautiful

No no no! I worked as a headstart monitor (mind you I was 16) and I took it very serious. I got the little ones onto the bus walked to their seat and sat on the outside of the same seat and then walked them off the bus. This makes me sick

as a bus monitor this story breaks my heart literally our job is to look out for any health problems not to mention earbuds and even having our phone out isn't allowed unless we're communicating with parents you can easily get fired for that
