I’m trying to find actually reliable sources to learn the language but I keep hitting a wall. It’s important for me to learn Yucatec Mayan and Gaelic because both of these cultures are apart of me and my blood but I wasn’t raised with either of them. I don’t have the funds to travel or pay for classes so I’m a bit disheartened

i feel like the art of vocal incantations was lost to time, science, and text. most people dont realize the practice wasnt literal magic, and my theory is that its moreso a mental influence through speech. i find myself more capable of my goals if i say them aloud. our reliance on text ruins this, as we equate speech and text in power although theyre different. you dont send vibrations to the world with a letter, you create an image.
