@dished_by_keev: Send this to the person who sent you that frozen egg hack 😅 Freezing whole eggs in the shell cracks it in ways you can’t see, and that’s an open door for Salmonella. Freezing doesn’t kill bacteria. Follow @dished_by_keev for the food safety stuff nobody tells you 👇 #fyp #foodsafety #kitchentips #homecooking #homecook
there has to be a safe method to do this how would you recommend to prep this?

Eggs last 3-5 weeks in the fridge so I don't understand why anyone would freeze them? And why not just use quail eggs? 🍳

If the eggs are pasteurized they can't have salmonella because the heating process destroys the bacteria. So stop stressing things

literally not a problem. just put it in a baggie so it doesn't touch anything else. The slices are thin enough that they defrost in the pan. aslong as you know how to cook there's no risk of burning them

The best alternative is fry quail eggs and have a small round stencil / cookie cutter but ik there is non that small but the idea still kinda similar to round egg in McDonald but miniature

nah bro. time and temperature realationship. A. salmonella isnt very common B. they are being held below 40 degrees fareinheit. if an egg did have salmonella its better of being frozen especially is your cooking them frozen. a cracked shell on a frozen egg would change nothing because its frozen.
