moe ☕️🕯️ :

HAS JESSENIA BEEN LYING TO US ????

Boston :

WHAT DOES THAT MEAN ABOUT JESSENIA

Marianna :

She stresses me out

Brittany Leigh :

I’m already crying. Cuz “names preserved to honor the courage of those fallen” has me thinking they’re all dead…

Jessabelle (Vessels Version) :

it took me until my most recent reread.. 4th time.. to realize the books are jesenia transcribing the riders version of events. so obviously theyd leave things out they wouldnt want certain things in the official report.

Lulu ♓️🇦🇱🇹🇷🇸🇾 :

What that can mean is Jess can say people are dead when in reality they are alive because she’s not a faithful POV as a transcriber. It’s very possible that in the end she’ll say that Xaden and Violet are dead, but in reality, they’re alive, living off in island somewhere. Or again, she could say that Xaden perished in battle somewhere, but in reality, Violet and him are alive somewhere.

spicy j :

She’s like an English teacher guiding her 6th grade class through the story

Silvi_ahh :

They are all dead! If she’s saying trust these words and follows by reading “all event are true..to honor those fallen may their soul…Malik”

<3 :

NOT TRANSCRBED BY THE SCRIBES

Jenna Partridge :

Visibility sick. This series has me in a chokehold

Jamie :

I need amazon to make haste!!

Helena :

IS EVERYONE DEAD?!

H🌙 :

Wait if Jasenia isn’t a reliable narrator then what if Violet and Xaden run away to the island together?

Adriana E - Author :

scribe shade?!

Lizzy :

Wait what does she mean, to honor those who have fallen? Does she mean everyone in this dies? Or am I reading far into things?

user1053666262181 :

She had an opportunity to say “boook”

@TheCozyCornerBookshelf :

REBECCA, YOU CAUSE ME STRESSSS

Brooklyn :

I enjoy hearing about someone’s dreams and what makes him happy. ❤️

Alyssa Sherrod :

She has me stressing for books 4 and 5 😭

Morgan😘😈 :

Remind me to stay off my socials for the next week🥲

Murphy’s Law :

BUT Jessenia’s translations also say faithfully transcribed then there’s that whole event when they’re dropped off to work with infantry and the scribe leaves stuff out …

Carson :

Does that mean we can’t trust anything in the first 3 books

em :

i finished it in 4 hours…
