The man may be on bank loan deductions and may honestly receiving less.this normally happens if he start to acquire a land and building. I advised salary workers to get a side business aside thrir pay. the woman must slso contribute to the children upkeep.am unsure this personal is paying school fees and buying books as well but you never mentioned that. personal also go broke wai.the salary is nothing ooh depending on the rank and profession.

that's why I stopped pursuing social welfare. I started with dovvsu it affected my work schedules I got tired and stopped a year later I began with social welfare I continue following them up again till I got tired and stopped when they called him, he never showed up instead spoke anyhow to the ladies in charge. after getting one month money the subsequent ones was story telling I stopped again asked the kids to do the calling instead and it too yield violent response and just two months up keep money. I stopped and assumed his dead since then and the kids themselves never asked me to call him for them. some of the laws in Ghana are not helping.
