aunty.. how to handle person who always speak or not professional to advise their staff n do it in front of customers.. even though done report to HR n HR manager.. but still told that this employee need to be more patient n keep anything they told unwanted things,in and out of your ears... not taking it personally.. this situation trigger her mental health... getting worst...
