This series was already resonating with me on a deep level but when I heard that hals father took his own life I connected on a deeper much more personal level. my father took his own life as well earlier this year and the way they handled the weight that has on a son is so perfect. being the one to break a streak of generational trauma is such a hard thing to do and you truly do have to overcome every fear and become fearless, not just for yourself but for your family. because I truly never wish for someone I love to feel the way I felt when I got that call.
