Truth is, bro probably saved 2 months salary to buy a ring, plucked up the courage to propose after many failed attempts where he thought it wasn't the right time, and took her on dates and spoiled her up until this point. the least she could have said was yes and then tell him no later or just say nows not the time, can we go home and discuss this...but instead she just humiliated him for doing a romantic gesture in public...does she even know how much confidence and effort that takes, not just physically but emotionally
