We've been made to understand that, jobs are favours and so we don't complain even if you don't feel comfortable. We need to understand that, employee needs employer and employer needs the employee and for that matter, given a job to someone isn't necessarily a favour because an employer needs an employee before his business can operate. Since I realised this, I don't take everything for granted again but that doesn't mean I should also work the way I want.
