China figured it out. housing is not an investment for speculation, but a public good to be directed by the government for the good of people. of course none of these western nations will ever let the rich endure that transition.

It should also be illegal for doctors and businesses to buy residential homes to convert into business. I feel like nobody cares about that. Residential homes and businesses should be separated
