as someone who works in dental care this hurts to see 😭 please don’t beat yourself up tho. that “mild” toothache that keeps coming back is NOT something to just ignore. brushing + flossing + a toothpaste with hydroxyapatite and xylitol can be a solid daily routine. pls get it checked 😭
