@jgoldieseo: Yandex just open-sourced an 80B AI model called Alice AI Foundation. Here's the wild part: it only activates 3B parameters per token.  Same capacity as a huge model, a fraction of the compute.  It also handles 262K tokens of context (~200K words) and it's Apache 2.0.
