The self-reporting was a big help, but the scale was the big difference. Less than £50 million over 7 years is nothing compared to what City have done (and are almost certainly still doing to this day). They should have definitely gotten a big points reduction though, one that would have risked relegation

To be honest, City shouldn't be striped of the titles, a point deduction yes and that's it. Chelsea cheated United cheated Their titles weren't stripped. Strip utds titles from buying the league year in year out. Same with Chelsea.

Look at the charges not just the numbers(City have double btw) .. Chelsea - extra Agent fees, Man City - Basically Fake club revenue + extra Agent fees + did not cooperate.
