Aniimo removed their gacha for Aniimos because players hated the idea. Why in their right mind would they add a gacha to the game?

Its only cosmetic ...doesnt change gameplay and the rest. The game must have some way to make money ...if they turning into wwm thats good ..better cosmetic than aniimo gacha

Game promised not to become Gacha then became Gacha in the first weeks. I'm glad I stayed away. I burned myself with wwm enough already. And before you people come at me with "Devs need to make money. You don't have to pull" I don't understand people defending ridiculous pricing. It can still make money without the Gacha aspect as many, many games did before - and without unreasonable prices. Without making people feel that they are low or middle class in a game they are trying to escape to, and wish to buy a cute outfit because it brings them joy. But then the outfit costs 1,500 bucks. There is NO defending this.

I mean on one part it's just skins so it's not necessary to pull in order to play... On the other part the drop rate is ridiculous given the price of one single pull. So I'm mixed about it

It is beautiful but I am 100% f2p so i can’t even buy lumen crystals. But luckily i only care about the cute Aniimo we collect in this game not the character design

I mean it's not that bad, for me it doesn't really matter in the game, but in terms of cosmetics being it's kinda bad decision, if the pity is reasonable maybe, because when I was playing where winds meet I kinda agree that the cosmetics ruin that game, I've been grinding cosmetics and some rich boy just bought it without even lifting a finger, I spend 4 hours for that cosmetics and a p2w player just got it in 1 tap.

I’m fine with gacha on the cosmetics but as someone who has played gacha games in the past with other games, those are some pretty brutal drop rates and pity systems. I think the system is fine so long as it’s just over cosmetics, but the fairness of the drop rates doesn’t make it enough for me to wanna participate in it honestly. I dropped 100 dollars to transmogrify my Irialis and she doesn’t even have the body change yet. We will see how they adjust even slightly to see if I put my money into any gacha. Irialis I was fine with but idk about this so much
