I have the same hair type as you! Mine is super long but thin not thick and always get oily roots I’m lucky to get two day MAX from a good wash

Don’t work it in immediately, spray, leave 5 min to soak up the oils, then give it a tussle :)

so on hair wash hun,dont put conditioner on roots,next day put dry shampoo because it stops it from getting oily quickly. even though hair is clean ...it stops it straight away
