Ours in Kunming charged us an extra few hundred RMB per person or else they wouldn't give us the train tickets to get to the next city, put us up in a lot of hotels on top of shop houses when we paid for premium rooms, didn't arrange for vegetarian food that was agreed upon and tried to send us to the airport a day earlier because they got the dates wrong....
