@yasarahmad_: Check the link in my bio to transform yourself, speak like an exec, get respected, manage toxic environments, get those raises and promotions. I'll send you a link to my 6 book bundle perfect to build you influence at work! Stop saying "no worries." Say this instead. "No worries" is fine between mates. At work, it quietly shrinks you. It frames what you did as nothing, no effort, no value, and people start treating your help that way too. When someone thanks you for real work: Say: "Happy to help, glad it was useful." You accepted the thanks instead of waving it off. Your contribution stays visible. When someone apologises for a small mistake: Say: "All sorted, thanks for flagging it." You acknowledged them and moved on, without making your help vanish. When you want to sound assured, not casual: Say: "Of course, anytime." Warm, with a quiet confidence "no worries" never had. Send this to yourself as a reminder and follow for more.

totally depends on the culture of your work place. my office job is 50% gif memes and thumb up emojis as replies. saying no worries or, no problem is professional compared to that. unless you're speaking to upper manager of course.

can you do something on how to speak to colleagues when you're not talking about work? coming from a south asian background, it's really difficult to learn how to communicate casually at work, and boundaries often get blurred so much that we end up talking about family because that's all a lot of us really have to talk about whereas our English counterparts are naturally more inclined to talk about nothing interesting but being able to have a conversation about it.
