Singapore F&B also facing issues. I guess its the same problem, rental too high and owners amd landlord in Singapore dont care as there will be some daredevil who would fill the space and pay the hugh rent...sign

If things get too expensive i would rather spend the money in Sg n support our own local industries. I personally feel food costs in Johore is getting too expensive.

I am singaporean, tbh I go jb for cheaper food n service so...if it gets expensive..singaporean will know and wont patronise..we also wan to save $$, if price are same in sg..then I might as well spend in my own country right..so..yea..its unfortunate

单是租金差不多一万上下，工人薪水厨房5个跑堂4个差不多要三万...这两样就算整数四万，材料钱水电费还没算，过年过节包红包出花红，有些屋主又看生意好一点就起租金...不难发现有些店看起来生意不错，但是还是倒，不是完全没原因的

就算有措施，老板只是觉得又可以省一笔。每年老板看的是报告，薪水从来不在考量里面。每次员工不要求，老板都是静静的。
