She just a kid and I know this is hard for her parents I believe everybody has done this as a kid maybe not to this extreme but everyone has prank called 911 for the police. However, listens to need to be learned not to do things like this, but adults do the same thing when they do bad things they don’t expect the consequences kids or kids. That’s why they have parents to understand and to teach them, but this is why I believe children should not have phones

Sir she’s 11yrs old she didn’t think about no consequences hell adults doing stuff in their 40s. They don’t even think about the consequences until they happen. Unfortunately..🫤🤷🏽‍♀️
