@wetalkmenopause: I’ve previously said that before, and especially during menopause, I wasn’t nearly this adventurous. But something changed after menopause… I developed wandering feet and a real need to explore! 🌍 So, for my latest adventure, I’m off hiking in Nepal and Bhutan! 🏔️🥾 Our page may be a little quieter over the next couple of weeks, but as always, I’ll share little snippets from my journey whenever I can, and keep you updated on where I am and what I’m getting up to.
