Steak Pasta Recipe⬇️✨ Ingredients: - 2 steaks (your choice of cut) - 16 oz rigatoni pasta - 1 1/2 cups heavy whipping cream - 3/4 cup Parmesan cheese - Seasoning salt and pepper to taste - 1-2 tbsp minced garlic - 4 tbsp butter (for cooking steak and for Alfredo sauce) Instructions: 1. Cook the Pasta: - Bring a large pot of salted water to a boil. - Add the rigatoni pasta and cook according to package instructions until al dente (usually about 8-10 minutes). - Drain the pasta and set it aside. Reserve a cup of pasta water in case you need to adjust the sauce consistency later. 2. Prepare the Steaks: - While the pasta is cooking, season both sides of the steaks with seasoning salt and pepper. - Heat 2 tablespoons of butter in a skillet over medium-high heat. - Once the butter is melted and bubbling, place the steaks in the skillet. Cook for about 4-6 minutes on each side, depending on your preferred doneness (4 minutes for medium-rare, 6 for medium). - Once cooked to your liking, remove the steaks from the skillet and let them rest on a cutting board for about 5 minutes. 3. Make the Alfredo Sauce: - In the same skillet (keep the heat on medium), add the remaining 2 tablespoons of butter. - Once melted, add the minced garlic and sauté for about 30 seconds until fragrant. - Pour in the heavy whipping cream, stirring continuously. Bring the mixture to a gentle simmer. - Add the Parmesan cheese gradually, stirring until the cheese is fully melted and the sauce is creamy. If the sauce is too thick, you can add a little of the reserved pasta water to achieve your desired consistency. - Season the sauce with additional salt and pepper to taste. 4. Combine Pasta and Sauce: - Add the cooked rigatoni pasta to the skillet with the Alfredo sauce, tossing to coat the pasta evenly. 5. * Slice the Steaks: - While the pasta is being combined, slice the rested steaks into strips against the grain. 6. Serve: - Serve the steak slices on top of the creamy rigatoni pasta. Optionally, garnish with extra Parmesan cheese and freshly cracked pepper. Enjoy your delicious steak pasta!! 🫶🏽🤤
