I saw myself judging others behind their backs. I prayed for God to bless people with my lips, but in my heart, I resisted when God wanted to change me. I read the Bible, but I was unwilling to obey it. I lied when it benefited me. I hurt my family. I lived in jealousy, comparison, and hidden sin. Outwardly, I looked like a Christian. But inwardly, my heart was far from God. I cried: “Lord, I am willing to repent now! Please give me another chance!” Then I heard a voice say: “You had many opportunities before, but again and again, you chose to delay.” At that moment, I woke up. I knew it was only a dream. I do not take dreams as revelation outside the Bible. But that dream forced me to seriously ask myself: If today were the day I stood before the Lord, would I truly be able to enter the kingdom of heaven? Jesus said in Matthew 7:21: “Not every one that saith unto me, Lord, Lord, shall enter into the kingdom of heaven; but he that doeth the will of my Father which is in heaven.” So we need to ask ourselves seriously: Is Christ truly ruling my life? Have I truly repented? Have I turned away from sin? Am I obeying God’s Word? Or am I only comforting myself by saying: “I believe in Jesus, so I must be fine”? Do not wait until the end. Do not keep saying: “I will change later.” Because one day, there may be no more “later.” If this message has reminded you, write: “Lord, I am willing to turn back to You.” And share it with someone you love.
