Statements like this are unnecessary, they just confuse unstudied Christians. Timothy in scripture was sick but Paul didn't or couldn't heal him but suggested little wine. Church is not about Miracles or Multitude but it's about the Message (Gospel).

No human heals, it's Christ that heals . Christ is a level of consciousness that is at work in man attained through the indwelling Holy Spirit. Attaining that dimension is not childs play. The level of surrender needed is very demanding. We are too busy with the self to attain that altitude of Grace. May God help his church.
