Get it in writing, I’m going to tribunal now though because they sent consultations of the draft echp with the wrong working age so everyone’s declined I’ve got a consultation with a school next weeks which sounds promising

You need to ask that LA to see what they have put in there consultation what is the primary Sen need maybe look at others MLD. Schools where you need to be working at pre key stage 2

I would 100% want reasons and explanations to why if they can meet his needs so really the issue is the other children that are there already they are saying ur child doesn’t fit in that group am I right ? Why doesn’t he ? Ask the questions I’m currently applying for provision for my son dredging it

if you are happy with the school take it. if this is a state sen school and not an independent then the classes could change anyway due to tribunal intake, alot of the time schools just move classes around to deal with the extra children anyway so what might be the case now wont necessary be in case in 6 months
