i had a job lined up for a month and couldnt tell anyone at work for 2 weeks because i couldnt risk going a full month without pay and they sometimes spite fire people when they give notice "oh youre leaving then leave now" so i had to keep it quiet for 2 weeks while they had meetings with me about things they wanted me to handle in the future. like yeah sure sign me up for all that extra work, lol

We always get off early the day before a paid holiday. Been there 5 years now. Made plans to head out of town early this Friday before the holiday weekend. They decided to email us yesterday to tell us we’re no longer closing early the day before a holiday and it starts now so, plan accordingly. I already planned according to what we’ve been doing for years and have on the calendar. They keep taking every last bit of joy we have away little by little. The search is on.

@🏁⚡️🤠🤘GingerYo: Just quit they changed my hours that I’ve had for over 2 years now then I said well I have a scheduled dentist appointment next week that I’ve had booked for 6 months now and dr appointment and also a hair appointment right after work I’ve had booked for over 8 weeks that I have to be off at my scheduled time. She looks me dead in the eyes and says you will start new schedule tomorrow at this new time and that’s life. Telling me I have to be there at that time and that my appointments basically mean crap to her and she doesn’t care.Meanwhile she comes and goes as she pleases and is hardly at work. The fact that I have to put in teams chat … restroom .. back… break .. back… lunch … back is already insane to me like I’m a 41 year old child in a jail cell. So as a single mom walked out no plan just a prayer to god and manifesting hard and grinding hard to find a new job asap. What’s sad is it is the job that I had to get on meds two months ago to begin with 😔 so I choose my hard… and I choose to find new job and deal with that stress then to be treated this way after 2 and a half years of busting my butt. ✌️
