I'm from Quincy and this is so messed up. people had been complaining about the smell since March. the landlord said he didn't smell it. he is on the run in the Ozarks....town gossip of course. he was also arrested 2 weeks ago for domestic violence. this is going to be a big case here and thank you for covering. ik exactly where he is. and who he is and around that he could of killed her he wasn't caring abt his life he jumped into stagnant water and was over drinking around that time and he has changed in the last 7 months
