The neighbourhood is covered in Forever Canadian signs. Any time it comes up in conversation I point out the difference between TFWs and actual immigrants. People think they’re asking about TFWs but it’s phrased as “immigrants”

The mood is fine, I think. At least from what I’ve seen. I haven’t met one person who thinks this is a good idea. And I legitimately tried to understand the math of separating, but no one could make it make sense to me. Not that saving $4000-$6000/year would convince me, but at least I wanted to understand 🤣
