@reikimatt: tap the link in my bio to receive my free guided meditation, the Sacred Gateway! 🦊 this is a little rest stop for your nervous system. take a moment here for a respite. breathe deeply, relax your shoulders, let everything go. 😮‍💨 you don’t have to carry all that stuff you’ve been lugging around. you can drop some of the weight, and release what is outside of your immediate control. come back home to yourself. you’re safe. you can relax. you are loved. you are exactly where you need to be. now keep going. :) with gratitude, Matt #reiki #nervoussystemregulation #nervoussystemsupport #guidedmeditation

Mikey Ocean of Wisdom :

Something weird consistently happens when my mind is empty—both neighbors go emotionally unhinged and get into physical altercations every time I hit that point. It startles me from this beautiful stillness.
