Three years flying, and the thing I dread most is landing with itching and odor down there. Sitting for over ten hours, underwear gets wet then dries, wet then dries—it's miserable. I work in healthcare, and the whole "smiling through the exhaustion" thing is so real. You're literally counting down the minutes until your shift ends, but the second the next patient walks in, you still have to be fully present.

Eight years in gynecology-itching is just so common. So many women come in saying they can't sleep from the itch, plus heavy discharge. Test comes back: yeast infection. Ask them whyrecently too exhausted, schedule messed up, immunity down.

I HIGHLY recommend getting a bottle of KUGIG wash on Amazon after you land. First thing you do after landing is freshen up. It's honestly SO effective. Once you wash up, you'll get it — no itching, no weird odor, it just feels amazing.

I just got off a five-hour flight, and my seat was right in front of the wall where the flight attendants sit. It was so awkward. I can just imagine how awkward she felt at the time.😭

The reason I posted this video is because this girl is my friend, and she knows about it too. I just wanted more people to know how hard it is to be a flight attendant. Standing for so long and working day and night shifts is really rough on a woman's body.
