I’ve become so stoic as a defense, to prevent escalation. The cost is so high. My baseline is actually relatively stoic so I’ve had to take it to insane degrees- because when I am violated I am far too aggressive as a response. Then I go to jail and the person who threw the explosive looks sparkling clean. Nope.👎
