@j_auto_1: This is a recent dealership customer who requested that we address a few cosmetic concerns on the vehicle. There was a chip on the left rear taillight, and the vehicle previously had door edge guards installed, one of which required replacement. The necessary parts were ordered earlier this week. Once the parts are installed, we will contact the customer to arrange pickup of the vehicle. We strive to address all customer concerns whenever possible. Although these are pre-owned vehicles, we understand that customers prefer them to be in a condition as close to new as possible, and we take pride in meeting those expectations.
