Nelfund pays to your school directly and it reflects on your school portal that your fees have been paid but if you already paid your fees before it comes then you need to write a letter to school to have the money deposited into your own account. Then 20k is sent monthly to your account for that session. The school fees paid is according to whatever your school charges for school fees and not a uniform amount.
