And more than 100,000 messages with another woman that are now being presented in court. The murder trial of Caleb Flynn is unfolding in Ohio, with closing arguments expected today. Prosecutors allege Flynn shot his wife, Ashley Flynn, twice in the back of the head and staged their home to make the killing look like a burglary. Among the most closely watched evidence: messages exchanged between Flynn and his former mistress, Alleigha Botner. But Flynn has pleaded NOT GUILTY. His defense argues investigators focused on him and tried to make the evidence fit their theory, while pointing to what they say is a lack of forensic evidence tying Flynn to the shooting.
