@prophetolabisiadamu: We keep praying for FAVOR, VISIBILITY, HELPERS and OPEN DOORS but sometimes the problem isn't that the door hasn't opened the door has opened but we are not prepared for what walks through it. You cannot pray for customers and then employ people who don't know how to serve them. You cannot sell premium products with a team that doesn't believe people should pay premium prices. If your sales representative thinks N200,000 is "too much" for the shoe you are selling, that mindset will eventually enter their tone, their body language and their presentation. Before the customer has decided the product is expensive, your staff has already decided for them. Your staff are not just employees. They are an extension of your brand. The way they speak, the way they dress, the way they respond to questions. Their knowledge of the product, their confidence and attitude, their ability to read the customer, their ability to communicate value. All of it affects your income. As believers, we must stop using prayer as a substitute for excellence. Yes, PRAY for favour. But also TRAIN YOUR PEOPLE. Improve your systems, Know your product, Study your customer, Fix your presentation. & Raise your standards.
