I don’t know if you’ll see this comment but I reccomend finding somewhere with an InBody machine. It looks like a scale but measures body composition (muscle, water, fat) as well as weight. I think it would really help illuminate how much muscle you’re building. You’re doing amazing 🫶🏽

On the cruise, I took all of the dance classes, HARD CARDIO super fun and it was at the pool! If they have one in your, you should try it, they're AMAZING! But put some shoes on, I burned my foot 😳
