When you exchange vows that is what you’re supposed to do! That’s exactly what is expected of you! You make a promise to that persons family, you make a promise to your lord! You don’t need praise for “staying loyal” cheating and micro cheating has been soo normalized that people expect praise for respecting their significant other. I get the message that is trying to be sent but let’s normalize taking accountability and letting others heal at their own pace and stop calling it “overthinking the good and overlooking the consistency” when clearly things aren’t forgotten overnight.
