A petition started by young autistic campaigner Tee-Jay Chetwynd is pushing to protect legal rights for children with SEND amid concerns about upcoming reforms. It has already gained tens of thousands of signatures, but 100,000 signatures means it can be considered for debate in Parliament. And time is running out.
