Someone please help this make sense. She did not explicitly say that she killed her kids, but didn’t she say that she was insane? If you didn’t do it then you shouldn’t need to say that you’re insane. And then the court is trying to see if she did it consciously or if she did it while insane, but now her defendant is saying that she didn’t do it at all.

This is sad if they let her go theirs no justice for the kids no matter if it was mental illness those kids need justice.
