@inbloombakery: Gooey Brown Butter Chocolate Chip Cookies 🍪🤎✨ The best bb ccc I’ve ever had!! You will love 🫶🏻 Easy peasy and ridiculously delicious. Rich, caramely flavor, pools of melty chocolate in each bite, soft and gooey centers, crispy edges. The perfect ccc in my opinion 🤎 Find the full recipe on inbloombakery.com 🤎✨ Tips from someone who obsesses over perfecting cookie recipes 🤭 🍪Make sure to chill your brown butter to the same consistency as regular, softened butter before using it in the cookie dough. This reallllly helps give the cookies the best texture. 🍪Chop half your chocolate in extra large chunks and the other half in smaller chunks. This creates large pools of melty chocolate in each cookie. (I prefer to not use chocolate chips because they contain extra stabilizers and have less cocoa butter than chocolate bars, so when you use them in cookies they do not melt the same, and instead create a completely different textured cookie. Still delicious, but the cookies do not spread/bake the same.) 🍪Use a circular cookie cutter or drinking glass and gently scoot it around the cookies when they are straight out of the oven. This pushes the cookie edges towards the center, giving you thicker centers and perfectly shaped cookies. 🍪Overfill a 2 tbsp cookie scoop to make extra large, bakery style cookies. #chocolatechipcookie #brownbutter #cookies
