Acts 2:21 is in the context of the end days. Claiming that when the end days come, all you need to do is put your faith and trust into the Lord. In Matthew 7:21 it is in the context of how just because you claim to trust and have faith in the Lord you wont automatically be saved. Its between actually trusting and having faith and a relationship with the Lord and just claiming these things

In matthews He actually cut off the verse to match his agenda where the full verse says “not everyone saying onto me “lord, lord” will enter heaven. But those who follow the father will.” (It’s phrase different as it’s the Jehovah witness Bible I’m reading from but the context stays the same in all copies)
