I agree. This is the mindset my grandmother and my mother had. They made us think that if you suffer, it shows your strong. If you don't suffer you're weak. I don't agree because I saw them work themselves to the grave. My grandmother rarely enjoyed life. Sure she had moments of pleasure, but it was rare. It's so sad.

I was doing ingenirie, I have everything to be there, even free scolarship, but my class mates bullyng me for 3 years, and I was suffering so much, its maje me stro fer but depression hit me many times, even if I was doing everything rigth they hate me, they take me out of all groups and I was always late because they take me out of WhatsApp and everything, but that was not in uff to leave, so 1 Day I get out of a exam and some of them where outside seeing if the make done mistake un the exam, si I go and I said "I, how was the exam for you guys?" they ignore me and cotinue talking each other, then a girl of my class ebter and they talk to her and listen to her, so I said, I an done, no body in my life is gonna make me feel like this, I dont even like this carreer, I am out, and I leave, I feel happy to choose my self, and no t no peoof every 3 seconds what you are.

after a horrible panic attack i had that held me back from a job, i spoke to myself so horribly under the guise that suffering meant that i was doing something. i learned the hard way that suffering did nothing and no one actually cared 😭
