You need 10 cards to tell a story if you’re only laying three or two or one you might as well flip a coin you have to know where you’re at. You have to know what’s in your way. You have to know conscious mind thinking you have to know past thinking you have to know subconscious thinking then come the four Advice cards from the shadows first it’s the Advice second it’s The environment third is your hopes and fears and the last one is the ultimate outcome happy divining

I always do 3 when its a specific question. Sometimes 2 more end up falling out and i take them as they are because it came out for a reason. I try my best not to do more than 3 its just easier for me to interpret

I see tarot spread more like a conversation. Everything begins by a question and one card, then I interpret it and ask follow-up questions spreading one card for question.

I pull 3 cards and never use a spread! But then again I don’t use tarot to predict the future or yes/no questions so that’s just me :)
