முதலில் அவர்களுக்கு வேலை கொடுப்பதே பெரிய விடயம். ஏன் என்றால்? அவர்களுக்கு வேலை கொடுத்து immigration இடம் பிடிப்பட்டால் வேலை கொடுத்தவர் £40,000 தண்டம் கட்ட வேண்டும். வேலை செய்தவர் நடையை கட்டி விடுவார். உண்மைக்கும் பரிதாபம் பார்த்து தான் அவர்கள் risk எடுத்து வேலை கொடுக்கிறார்கள். அவரவர் இடத்தில் இருந்து பார்த்தால் தான் புரியும்.

You should talk about the students who are not on time and who steal from the shop, and report them to HMRC so that both sides are treated the same. Most of shop owners are really helping don’t put every one in the same pot!..

Yes mam, they are only allowed to work 20 hours during term time. If they want to work more than 20 hours, the risk is taken by the business owner. In my shop, some people are paid £8 an hour cash in hand. .
