My favorite easy meal is soft, beef tacos, and it’s literally just a tortilla ground beef taco seasoning cheese you can add sour cream, lettuce, all the things or if he wants to stay away from the Portuguese, you can literally put it in a bowl

My daughter loves my dad’s “sausage-sketti”, it’s the only thing he can cook lol but it’s so good and toddler approved! It’s just jimmy dean sausage (probably regular for a toddler, but the hot one is so good), tomato puree, some knorr’s chicken bouillon seasoning, salt, pepper, garlic and onion powder, sugar, and Italian seasoning (which you can just season it all to your taste)! It takes like ten minutes while the noodles boil!

Crockpot chicken and dumpling soup or crockpot ragú. My picky toddler requests seconds of those every time and they’re crockpot so they’re easy!
