It IS the hard way. Often brutal. There is something to be said about our tenacity. Because with a 5 planet Scorpio stellium, watch me cultivate the ground anyone else would have labeled “barren” or a lost cause. THAT is why Scorpio placements are “fixed”. Not because they unwilling to bend. In fact, I’d say we’re the ones who are able and capable of bending the furthest without actually breaking. But that excavation is absolutely necessary to grow from where we were. I’m not willing to put a bandaid on what causes me harm and then dissociate from it, bypassing what it truly means to release and heal. I personally wouldn’t call it “excavating demons”. Because in saying that, it would still be self abandoning the parts of ourselves society has deemed “unworthy”. They’re just survival mechanisms. It’s about SEEING those parts, honoring them because they were created by people and situations we didn’t have control over, and integrating them without needing to define them as “bad”. They just are. And we have parsed out the how and the why. The integration causes the death and rebirth.

I really like your explanation of this! I'm a Scorpio Moon with a Scorpio stellium. I've never been interested in superficial, I want & need depth. When it comes to healing I need to go to the root and clear it all out, every trace of it needs to go. I know that's a lot of work, I go about it in layers, the more work I put in the better & faster it goes. It's a genuine skill set/tool to learn & use. It's hard, it's painful, but it's still infinately better than being stuck & not doing the work for myself and my family which it will ripple through for generations. Someone has to be the chain breaker to stop the patterns & be strong & determined enough to do so.
