#scp1471 #scp #scpfoundation The story of SCP-1471, MalO ver1.0.0 as a horror story, but without inventing things that do not appear in the original article: A person finds in an app store a free application called "MalO ver1.0.0". It only occupies about 9.8 MB, but has no known developer and, mysteriously, can appear in stores without going through normal controls. When installing it, something strange happens: no icon appears. The person cannot open it or know where it is installed. But every 3–6 hours, the phone starts receiving photographs. At first they look like normal photographs of places that the person usually visits. However, somewhere in each image appears a strange figure: SCP-1471-A, a large humanoid figure with a skull similar to that of a canid and black hair. After about 48 hours, the photographs begin to show places that the person recently visited. And after about 72 hours, something much worse happens: The photographs begin to show the person himself in real time. And MalO appears very close to her. There is no explanation of how he gets those images. The person continues to see the photographs and, after more than 90 hours of exposure, begins to notice MalO out of the corner of the eye and on reflective surfaces. At first she disappears when he tries to look at her directly. But with continuous exposure, the apparitions become permanent. The most disturbing thing is that MalO does not show clearly hostile behavior. The affected people have even reported that he is trying to communicate visually with them, although they cannot understand what he is trying to say. And there is the disturbing thing about SCP-1471: You don't know if MalO wants to hurt you... or simply wants you to never be alone again. 👁️‍🗨️ The Foundation ends up confiscating the affected phones and trying to prevent the application from continuing to be distributed
