Ingredients: 2 lbs chicken breast 10 oz pasta (rigatoni, penne, or mafaldine) 6 garlic cloves, minced 2 tbsp butter 3 tbsp olive oil 1½ cups chicken broth 2½ cups hot honey marinara ¾ cup heavy cream 4 oz cream cheese 3 tbsp Italian seasoning, divided ¾ cup grated Parmesan Fresh basil or green onions Red pepper flakes (optional) Directions: 1. Season chicken with most of the Italian seasoning. Sear in olive oil for 3–4 minutes per side, then reduce heat and cook until it reaches 165°F. Remove and set aside. 2. In the same skillet, melt butter and sauté garlic for 1 minute. Add chicken broth, hot honey marinara, heavy cream, and remaining seasoning. Bring to a gentle simmer. 3. Add uncooked pasta and simmer uncovered for 9–11 minutes, stirring occasionally, until al dente. Add extra broth if needed. 4. Reduce heat to low. Stir in cream cheese and Parmesan until melted and creamy. 5. Add chicken back to the skillet and finish with fresh basil, Parmesan, and red pepper flakes. PRO TIP: Keep extra chicken broth nearby!
